Dubai-based PDA phone and smartphone vendor i-mate has added China-based handset design and manufacturing company TechFaith Wireless to its supplier list, with the Chinese maker likely to begin volume shipments to i-mate in October at the earliest, according to sources at Taiwan handset makers.
