Arthur Marks kicks off a free celebration series Sunday (The Wichita Eagle)
Arthur Marks, whose winning performances with Music Theatre of Wichita and Stage One have made him one of Wichita`s most popular singers, will present a free recital at 3 p.m. Sunday in Century II`s Mary Jane Teall Theater.
