Seattle Co. to Buy Online Advertiser (AP via Yahoo! Finance)
Accipiter Solutions, an online advertising technology company that had been trying to buy smaller firms, will itself be acquired for $30.3 million in cash by a division of aQuantive Inc., a global digital marketing company based in Seattle.
