Blues` Drake suspended 2 games for hit to head (USA Today)
St. Louis forward Dallas Drake was suspended for two games by the NHL for hitting Detroit defenseman Brett Lebda in the head. No penalty was assessed on the play Thursday night in the first period of the Red Wings` 4-3 overtime victory. Lebda wasn`t injured or cut and he completed the game. The suspension was handed down Friday.
